We have a combined 30 years of work in education and have served in various roles throughout our tenure in education.

Our goal is to see all students succeed!

Through our core values , creativity, courage, confidence and collaboration, we strive to provide experiences that go beyond the walls of the school.

We created this consulting group to lend our expertise to schools and communities that believe in the power of representation and excellence in education.  

The Visionary.

Teaching is in my blood. I am a 4th generation educator and my roots are steeped in impacting lives through education. I’ve worked in education for over 17 years in various capacities. My resume includes roles as a 2nd, 5th, and 6th-9th grade teacher, District Instructional Coach, Technology Specialist, and Project Manager for several schools & non profits throughout North and South Carolina.

I’m uniquely positioned to serve YOU, because, I’ve literally done it all!  

I’m  a visionary. When I think of an idea, I work to execute and bring it to life! Creating experiences for learners is my gift! I empower others to do the same, knowing the impact it has to make a difference in how students experience education.

Growing up in Sumter, South Carolina, I discovered my love of teaching in high school as a member of Future Teachers of America. I am an arts enthusiast and an advocate for arts in public schools. Having participated in music and art classes throughout my academic career, I recognize the benefits of engaging in STEAM programs.

I put my passion into practice when planning  arts integrated, culturally relevant units of instruction and curated cultural experiences for schools. I oversee each detail with precision and accuracy because I believe students deserve and experience that they will remember forever. As I  continue to grow and make an impact in education, I attempt to live by the following quote, “You can't lead the people, if you don't love the people.
